First submission

Due to a legal challenge and subsequent Consent Order (the agreement of all parties involved) endorsed by the High Court the Asfordby Neighbourhood Plan has been quashed. Following this decision, Asfordby Parish Council have withdrawn their Neighbourhood Plan. Please view the Withdrawal Statement.
