Local Development Scheme

Local Planning Authorities are required to prepare, publish and maintain a Local Development Scheme (LDS). LDSs must specify the documents which, when prepared, will comprise the Local Development Documents for the area. The most up to date version of Melton Borough Council's LDS can be found below:
