Infrastructure Funding Statement
In accordance with the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations in 2019, the Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS) provides a summary of all financial and non-financial developer contributions activity for the respective financial year. The IFS ensures transparency on how developer contributions have been or will be spent.

Infrastructure Funding Statement 2022 - An error was identified on 23rd November 2023 in the IFS report 2022. In Appendix B it stated that the Police contribution of £30,711.55 for planning application 15/00178/FUL had been spent in full. £19,101.19 was spent of the £30,711.55 and £11,610.36 was not spent as of the time the IFS was recorded. This has now been amended (12/01/2024).
Please note that Leicestershire County Council produces its own IFS related to its responsibilities including for education, highways, waste, libraries and more.
