Approved South Sustainable Neighbourhood Masterplan 2020

As approved by the cabinet on the 8th December 2021, The new Masterplan supersedes, and replaces that which was approved by the Cabinet on 17th June 2020 (see below). This Masterplan builds on the revised development layout which was approved by the Cabinet on 16th December 2020 and which was considered following detailed work undertaken with the County Council to enable them to accept the Homes England Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) award.

Superseded Masterplan

 

As approved by the Cabinet on 17th June 2020, the Masterplan gives a framework to guide considerations of future planning applications in the South Sustainable Neighbourhood Area and supports the southern section of the Melton Mowbray Distributor Road.
