Focused changes to Melton Local Plan (from July 2017)
At the latest full council meeting held on 4 July 2017, councillors and officers reviewed the recently compiled and updated evidence alongside the findings from the latest consultation to decide upon the next steps. The key changes are identified below, alongside the evidence for you to review.
Responses to consultations
A consultation ran at the same time for the draft charging schedule for the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) (find out more below)
A six week 'focused changes consultation' took place from 13 July 2017 to 23 August 2017 to give everyone a chance to review the changes proposed to the Melton Local Plan and provide further comments, should they wish to.
The representations received are now being processed and a full council meeting will take place on 27 September 2017 to view the comments.
