This Neighbourhood Plan Examination has now concluded, with the Inspector confirming that, subject to modifications, the plan passes the basic conditions and can be advanced to Referendum. The Plan successfully passed a local Referendum on the 10th May, 2018.
The Council has resolved to 'make' the Frisby on the Wreake NP subject to the completion of a screening exercise under the Strategic Environmental Assessment Regulations, 2010 provided that it concluded that a SEA is not required because the NP is unlikely to have significant environmental effects.

Frisby on the Wreake Parish Council has completed its six week (regulation 16) consultation for its Neighbourhood Development Plan on 6 July 2017.

The (regulation 14) statutory six week public consultation for its Neighbourhood Development Plan was completed on 21 March 2017.

Some of the issues covered in the plan include the location and design of housing development, transport & economic growth, environmental matters and the retention of key services and community facilities.
